MY BREAKTHROUGH STORY

I know what it feels like to quietly carry your truth while everyone around you knows only the version you perform.

I spent decades suffocating my soul's expression. Silenced by childhood abuse and trauma. Bullied throughout my career. Hiding in toxic workplaces. Playing the role of the "good pharmacist" for 17 years - the safe choice, the respectable career, the version everyone expected.

I kept the peace. I avoided conflict. I made everyone comfortable.

And in the process, no one knew who I truly was. Not even me.

I gave endlessly from depletion. I changed myself to fit every situation. I swallowed my truth to keep others happy.

During the pandemic, I broke free from the pharmacy career. I chose the risky path of creating a holistic nursery from my soul's truth. I learned to reconnect with my body, hear my heart, trust my voice, and express my soul fully.

But I still kept silent to keep the peace with my family and colleagues.

And then my body spoke.

Major health challenges forced me to see what I'd been doing to myself. And in 2023, I became critically ill.

I died from septic shock and organ failure.

My organs shut down. I left my body. And when I came back, everything was different.

I knew - in every cell of my being - that I would never hide myself again. I would never silence my soul's expression for anyone's comfort. I would never perform a version of myself to keep the peace.

I found my soul's expression. And I became unapologetically me.

And now, I guide women to do the same.
